Calliebration's Commissions

Here you will find my terms of service which will outline the commissioning process and hopefully address any concerns you may have.

I will not create any sexually explicit content, however I am open to anything else as I love experimentation and stepping out of my comfort zone. I do not have experience drawing everything, though, so I am not to blame if my work does not live up to your expectations. If you are curious as to what I do have experience with feel free to consult my portfolio or, better yet, me, as my portfolio is woefully lacking in pieces at the moment.

If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me on any of my socials including the ones below

Please carefully review the terms below before commissioning me

Terms of Service:

By engaging in any business transaction or commission with me (The Artist), you (The Client) agree to the following terms of service. These terms govern the relationship between the Artist and the Client and constitute a binding agreement.A. Scope of work
The Client will provide The Artist with a comprehensive description of the artwork using any possible aids. These include but are not limited to sketches, videos, character information, and reference poses. After clarifying any points of confusion, a price for the work will be discussed.
B. Timeline
The time from transaction to product delivery will vary depending on a number of factors both related and unrelated to the work.
- Preliminary Sketch: The Artist will provide a preliminary sketch to The Client upon completion of the sketching phase. This sketch will incorporate all previous information and requests from the Client.
- Flat Sketch: The Artist will provide a flat color sketch to The Client next. This sketch will incorporate all previous information and requests from the Client along with any new revisions or alterations
- Rendering: The Artist will refine the work to completion, adding intricate details and any more revisions or alterations.
For most pieces, The Client can expect a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to The Client by The Artist.
C. Revisions and Alterations
The Client is entitled to two (2) reasonable revisions or alterations. Upon receiving the preliminary or flat sketch, The Client will provide feedback, if any, and The Artist will make adjustments to the work to better bring it in line with the vision of The Client.
Any further revisions may be subject to additional fees unless a mistake or misunderstanding is made on the side of The Artist. This does not apply to misunderstandings that are a result of unclear or confusing directions from The Client.
Any outstanding changes may be subject to additional fees.

Any pricing disputes will be settled before The Artist commences work on the piece.
E. Deadline
The Artist will, to the best of her ability, attempt to deliver the artwork on or before the end of the three (3) week period.
The Client understands that requesting for revisions may delay the delivery of the final product. The Artist will do her best to deliver revised artwork in a timely manner.
F. Delivery
Upon completion of the digital work, The Artist will deliver the work in the form of 2 PDFs to The Client; one containing the piece with branding, the other without. Any other forms may be available at no extra charge upon The Client’s request.
